Letter for our members
Dear member,
First of all, we would like to thank you for your loyalty and visits with your member cards. As you may have seen online, there are quite a few new promotions and rates at Fun Valley.
Part of this is the change in admission rates to 9.95 per child, with adult companions aged 18 or over being free for the period 1 September to 31 May 2024. In addition, we will no longer offer member cards in the future, the current member cards for children will remain valid.
This means that, as an adult, you will have paid for admission with a year or summer membercard for a period in which the entrance fee will expire.
This is of course incredibly annoying and will not feel at all welcoming.
But we would like to pre-compensate you with one of the following options:
1. Our new product in place of the member card is the Visitor Card; this allows you to enter for a number of visits at a big discount and parking is also free. We will give you a Visitor Card with a higher value than the amount of the remaining duration of the member card. The Visitor Card is not personal and can be used by anyone.
2. You can transfer your current member card to a child free of charge for the remaining duration of the member card; this can be a son, daughter, nephew, niece, neighbour's child or other unrelated child.
3. You can get a Food & Drink Card with the value of the amount of the remaining member card. This is a card with a credit which you can use to buy food and drinks at Fun Valley.
