Day visit:
Do I need to book my visit to Fun Valley in advance?
No, that is no longer necessary.
I accidentally booked for the wrong day / want to move my reservation?
No problem! If you have a member card, you can easily move the ticket yourself via the my Fun Valley account. You have to log in for this. Click HERE to log in to the My Fun Valley account. Don't you have a Fun Valley account yet? Then easily create one. If you have booked a day ticket, click HERE and fill in the form. We will move your ticket(s) to the day of your choice. You will receive an email with your new tickets
I have made a reservation but have not yet received a confirmation?
It may take a few minutes for our system to process the large amount of reservations. The confirmation is coming soon! It is also always wise to check yourself whether you accidentally made a mistake in passing on your email address or whether the confirmation has ended up in your unwanted mailbox.
I want to barbecue at Fun Valley Maastricht
No, that is no longer possible. As of December 2022 we will no longer rent out barbecues. It is also not allowed to use open fire and/or fire-related materials in our park. We mean below:
Barbecues or grill plates.
Gas appliances and/or cookers
Shishas
Samovars
Teapots
This safety rule is for the safety of our visitors and our staff. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our sales department.
Group bookings:
I have booked a group activity, but what if bad weather is forecast?
Our starting point is: there is no such thing as bad weather, but bad clothing. So make sure you bring warm rain gear and bring a towel and dry clothes so that you can take a nice and warm shower afterwards. If the weather forecasts are extremely bad, please contact the sales department via verkoop@funvalleymaastricht.nl. We will then check whether covered alternatives are possible.
Did you know that it only rains 7% of the time in the Netherlands? Luckily, the chance of a totally rainy day is minimal!
Can we participate in an activity with less than the minimum number of people?
That is possible, keep in mind that we do charge the minimum number of participants.
The final number of people is not yet certain, can we already make a reservation?
Yes, no problem. The number of people can still be changed free of charge up to 8 days before arrival.

Is it necessary to reserve activities in advance?
Yes, no activities can be booked on site. For last minute reservations we recommend that you contact us by phone.
When does payment have to be made?
You will receive the invoice approximately three weeks before arrival. This invoice must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. For last minute bookings, the amount must be paid within 24 hours after receiving the invoice. It is not possible to pay on the spot.
What is the best clothing to wear?
During outdoor activities there is a chance that you can get wet and dirty. So put on comfortable and sporty (rain) clothing. We advise you to bring a towel and dry clothing for water activities or bad weather.
Do I have to pay extra entrance if I book an activity?
No, the entrance fee is included in the activities. The park facilities may be used before and after the activity (s).
General questions:
Are there parking options?
Fun Valley Maastricht has plenty of parking options. You pay € 3.00 per car for the whole day. Keep in mind that our parking lot will be closed after the park closes.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes that is allowed, on the sunbathing areas and picnic benches own food and drinks are allowed. Own food and drinks are not allowed in the catering establishments and on the terraces. Plan an extra break if you want to eat your own food or drink!
Can I bring a barbecue myself?
No, private barbecues are not allowed.
Is it possible to shower or change clothes?
Yes, there are changing rooms and hot water showers. Shower tokens are available on site for 2 euros each.
